12 Benefits of Christ's Resurrection Power

Power simply means ability to effect change. Resurrection is the ability to rise form the dead.
Power of Resurrection therefore is having the ability to cause change that brings dead back to life.

12 Benefits of Christ's Resurrection Power

Resurrection is not just an event it is the person of Jesus.

The foundation for you to display the power of resurrection is Dead to self   John 10:17.

Now  let's look at the scriptural passage that tells us about the power of Christ's resurrection:

1. You become Fruitful - "Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds." (John 12:24)
Power of His Resurrection is not for a select few it is available to every Christian.

2. You enjoy honour:  "If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour." (John 12:26)

3. You will not be held by the power of death: " Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:" (Romans 6:8)

Your victory over death is as a result of your deep insight on the Power of His Resurrection.
The Resurrection Power destroys the power of death over man

4. You enjoy sound health: " But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you" (Romans 8:11)

5. Restoration of power: "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."  (Matthew 28:18)

Power had been invested on us to have authority over the devil.
An in-depth understanding of the power of resurrection makes one operate in a supernatural dimension.

6. It guarantees us revelation:  " Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures," (Luke 24:45)

7. You no longer live with the consciousness of guilt: " But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification." (Rom.4:24-25)

8. It guarantees restoration of our peace: "19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. 21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you." (John 20:19, 21, 26).

9. It makes you manifest your position as a son of God:  "Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God." (Rom. 8:21).

10. It gives you divine direction: "And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes".(John 21:6)

11. It gives you deliverance from satanic bondages: (Matthew 27:52-53)

12. It guarantees a supernatural change of position: "But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay" -(Matthew 28:5-6)

Which report do you believe?

Never take all the information that comes to more serious than your life. They can make or mar you.
Which report do you believe? Many people today are no longer the master of themselves. They often allow condition of things around them to dictate what their next action would be. They believe everything that comes their way. Whenever negative prophesy is made concerning them, they believe it without hesitation. Friend, it is very risky to remain a slave. Whatever you believe is what you will become. So, what do you believe? Do you believe that the hardship you are in today will lead you to death or do you believe that the hardship is the stepping-stone to your breakthrough? Jesus ones said in Mark 9:23; “…If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” Today, I want you to have that mindset that you will make it, irrespective what is happening in the world. Just be rest assure that when they said there is a casting down, tell yourself that there is a lifting up. Never allow people to plant the seed of negativity into your life.

Nigerian rapper, M-Trill blows hot, say; we need more media or PR activities in the South

Award winning Nigerian rapper, Teria Yarhere popularly known as M-Trill has taken his time to advised artistes on the important of having solid PR machinery working for them.

M-Trill blows hot, said; 'we do not have respect for the media or PR' in the South

Below is what he posted on social media:

"In the south, we do not have respect for the media or PR, we do not appreciate what it is or what's the use. This is in part what is affecting our creative (and i dare to say political) industry. We think that words do not hurt us or that perception does not matter. We are usually satisfied with the status quo.

Our big bros Yibo would always say, no be say Rivers Boy no get fine shoe, infact him get plenty, but nobody know. Duncan has been great from day 1 but only getting recent media coverage now because of his association with the top 2 African acts, these guys have a solid PR machinery working for them, they have people on their payroll that are dedicated to controlling whatever narrative is out there about them. Now, he's been thrown into the blender without understanding the spin.

PR is like surfing, the waves will come, you just need a board and skill to balance it till you get to a calm place without falling off....without which you will/may fall off and some even get drowned.
Maybe because I've seen PR work at it's finest. Years ago when the baby mama drama started popping up for music acts. A popular act (with the biggest song of that year) was having his own drama privately but this is what happened. A reporter got hold of a damning story and called the popular act's PR manager and said, chief, i have a story that I've confirmed to be true. Your artiste has given a few girls "belle" and we are going to publish it, I'm calling you as a way of courtesy. End of call. This news if and when published would portray artiste as the same ol' un-serious and irresponsible acts which also meant SOME of the top brands that were looking to endorse act with large sums will pull out once it hits the news stands.

PR kicked in, they placated the reporter with the story to hold on, while they went to work.

They called artiste in and did a quick retrace. They got act to marry one of the babes pregnant and few weeks down the line, they spun the act as the most responsible guy ever. The narrative was that in the height of his success when his mates were all about town dropping babies left, right and center, he was not distracted but was settling down like the responsible guy he is...which in this climes for some reason getting married is the epitome of being responsible.

This move saved the endorsements, made more money and got act to perform for one of the most iconic human beings in the world, the only Nigerian in that line-up amongst the world's best.

Sometimes, it's not that some acts are not talented, buy you never hear of them because they just don't have PR. Promoting your work is not PR. The other day, i saw a blog post about Davido's DJ that he bought a N16mill watch. How true or false that is a different question, they are using wild stories to control their narrative cos at the end of the day, the story is about David, If his DJ can afford a N16m watch, what does that say about him.

I'm already setting up shop for a PR group in PH cos we need it, (Chinedu Amah has a shop as well) if not, we will keep scraping the minimum potential when we should be aiming at the maximum.
I'll leave you with a quote that rings true specially in today's age of social media.

"There is no longer any such thing as fiction or nonfiction; there's only narrative". E. L. Doctorow
What is your narrative?"
